Privacy Policy Effective April 20, 2011.

The service uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our websites. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. 

The GTA-NeXt Network keeps all of our user information gathered through our sites strictly confidential. This means that we will not exchange or sell your email address to anyone outside the website unless stated and agreed to by yourself. As with most sites, we collect general information on visits to our pages. This information is used only for statistical purposes. None of this information is linked back to you as an individual, unless stated. We will, however, promote other websites on the network by publishing the logos and URL's of external websites from time to time. This will not include any personal damaging information unless based upon backing fact, in some required cases with permission. We may also use other material as a guide to our visitors. We do not guarantee this is fact whatsoever, and because of this can not be held responsible for any inaccurate material found on the GTA-NeXt Network. If you feel any material found on the network should not be present, please contact us so it can be opted out.

In order to use some parts of the service, you will need to create an account. We will never ask for the details, or passwords, of user accounts. In the case you are signing up to an external service, such as a social network, you must agree to their terms of use and as such, we cannot be held accountable for any disciplinary action taken against you on these services.

In the event that the GTA-NeXt Network closes part of the service. The GTA-NeXt Network will post a 30 day notice to inform the community. The respective part of the service will no longer be available after the 30 day period.

To comply with the law of the Internet, you must agree to this or leave the GTA-NeXt Network immediately and never return. You are required to review any legal agreements on websites before using them in any way, if you do not comply, the GTA-Network can use this against you in a court of law if any problems arise.

The GTA-NeXt Network reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time. Changes being made are immediately effective.
